WSE Informs Of Changes To The Composition Of The Exchange Supervisory Board - Wiesław Rozłucki And Dariusz Kacprzyk Have Been Elected To The Exchange Supervisory Board

The Warsaw Stock Exchange informs that the General Meeting on 21 June 2013 made decisions on changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board. Wiesław Rozłucki and Dariusz Kacprzyk have been elected to the Supervisory Board on request of shareholders. Wiesław Rozłucki was the President of the WSE in 1991-2006. He has long-time experience in the Polish capital market and an excellent knowledge of the Company. Wiesław Rozłucki has been elected to the Supervisory Board on request of a minority shareholder. Dariusz Kacprzyk is the acting President of BGK and has previously worked with BRE Bank, Pekao, PKO BP and BPH. Sebastian Skuza has been dismissed from the Exchange Supervisory Board as of 21 June 2013.

Wiesław ROZŁUCKI

Dr Wiesław Rozłucki graduated from the Foreign Trade Department, Warsaw School of Economics, in 1970. Since 1977 he holds a PhD in Economic Geography. In 1979-1980, on a British Council scholarship at the London School of Economics. In 1990-1991, he was an advisor to the Minister of Finance and later Department Director at the Ministry of Privatisation. In 1991-2006, President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) in 1994-2006. Member of the Executive Board of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) and of the Working Committee of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) in 1994-2006. Currently Chairman of the Programmatic Board of the Polish Institute of Directors and Member of the Good Practice Committee founded in 2001. Wiesław Rozłucki is a Member of the Supervisory Boards of public companies including Bank BPH, Telekomunikacja Polska, TVN, and an Advisor to the investment bank Rothschild and the private equity fund Warburg Pincus International. Since 2011, Chairman of the Jury of the Economic Award of the President of Poland. Awarded with the Commander’s Cross with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the French L’Ordre National du Merite.

Dariusz KACPRZYK

Mr Dariusz Kacprzyk was appointed as President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in June 2013, where he will be acting President of the Management Board until the time of approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He graduated from the Department of Domestic Trade and Services, Warsaw School of Economics, and holds an MBA from the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has completed the IESE - University of Navarra, Advanced Management Program. He has been active in banking for 23 years. In 2009-2013 with BRE Bank as Director of the Corporations Department and Member of the Credit Committee of the Bank’s Management Board. Prior to that, in 2007-2009, he worked with Bank Pekao as Proxy, Member of the Credit Committee and Managing Director in the Corporate Banking, Real Estate Finance and International Markets Division. He also worked with Bank BPH and Powszechny Bank Kredytowy before its merger with BPH, and with Bank PKO BP. He was Co-ordinator of the Municipal Development Program organised by the World Bank with the Municipal Development Agency (Foundation of the Ministry of Finance).
