Under the sponsorship of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the work conference of the World Federation of Exchanges was opened yesterday in Shenzhen, with representatives from 27 stock exchanges worldwide.
The conference touched upon such issues as balancing the relationship between market transparency and privacy of traders, and follow-up services provided by stock exchanges.
Song Liping, general manager of the Shenzhen bourse met with attendant representatives and pledged to deepen connection and cooperation with overseas exchanges and play a more active role in the world arena.
In addition, representatives also visited the Shenzhen stock exchange and the locally-based ZTE Corporation.
