On 17 December 2007, virt-x announced that it would change its name following the merger of SWX Group, SIS Group and Telekurs Group.
Effective 3 March 2008, virt-x Exchange Limited will change its legal name to SWX Europe Limited.
The name change will bring about the following changes:
Legal name: SWX Europe Limited
Trading name: SWX Europe
Web address: www.swxeurope.com
Email address: name.surname@swx.com
We propose changing the virt-x Rules and Directives to replace references to “virtx Exchange Limited“ and “virt-x” with “SWX Europe Limited” and “SWX Europe” respectively with effect from 3 March 2008.
