Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that, starting September 15, 2011, the CFO position, vacant since July 27 this year, will be taken by Mr. Virgil Adrian Stroia.
Mr. Virgil Adrian Stroia (37 years) has an 11 years financial and executive expertise, gathered in the local office of large companies as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Delhaize Group or Mazars. Since 2009, he was Financial Director at Happy Tour Group Romania, subsidiary of GED Eastern Fund II Spain. Mr. Stroia graduated West University of Timisoara, Economics Faculty, and holds an ACCA certification.
