NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NYSE Arca, today began trading the Market VectorsTM High-Yield Municipal Index ETF (NYSE Arca: HYD), sponsored by Van Eck Global.
The Fund’s investment objective is to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital Municipal Custom High Yield Composite Index (the “High Yield Index”). The High Yield Index is a market size weighted index comprised of publicly traded municipal bonds that cover the U.S. dollar denominated high yield long-term tax-exempt bond market.
