Van Eck Market Vectors - Coal ETF Lists On NYSE Arca

NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) today announced the listing of the Market Vectors – Coal ETF (NYSE Arca: KOL), sponsored by Van Eck Global.

Tracking the performance of the Stowe Coal Index^SM, a basket of 60 coal companies listed on various global exchanges, Market Vectors – Coal ETF is the first ETF that enables U.S. investors to gain exposure to a broad spectrum of companies involved in the production, equipment manufacturing, and transport of coal.

For the full-year 2007, NYSE Arca was the primary listing exchange of choice with a total of 261 ETFs and ETNs listed.
