The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced that Secretary Jacob J. Lew will travel to London, United Kingdom and Dresden, Germany next week.
On May 27, while in London, Secretary Lew will engage with business leaders to discuss the state of the economy in Europe as well as global economic growth. Secretary Lew will also participate in a moderated conversation at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
The Secretary will then travel to Dresden, Germany for a meeting of the G-7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors May 27-29. Secretary Lew will meet with his international counterparts to discuss measures to promote global stability and growth.
