The Treasury International Capital System (TIC) Homepage for U.S. Department of the Treasury has recently been updated, and is now available.

(7-15-2015). Notice: There will be a one month delay in the releases of the preliminary and final reports on the annual survey of U.S. Portfolio Holdings of Foreign Securities at End-year 2014. The preliminary data are delayed from August 31, 2015 to September 30, 2015. The final report is delayed from October 30, 2015 to November 30, 2015. As usual, both releases will be at 4 PM in Washington D.C.
