Urs Rüegsegger Nominated To Become Group CEO Of New SWX-SIS-Telekurs Enterprise

With a view towards their planned merger, the SWX Group, SIS Group and Telekurs Group today have nominated Dr. Urs Rüegsegger, Head of the Executive Committee of the St. Galler Kantonalbank, as CEO of the future combined enterprise. All further information on the merger as well as the composition of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee will be provided at a joint SWX Group, SIS Group and Telekurs Group media conference to be held on Wednesday, 12 September 2007.
