- Uniwheels is the 52nd foreign company listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) and the first foreign new listing on the market in 2015.
- It is the third German issuer listed on the trading floor in Warsaw. GPW is the only listing market of Uniwheels.
- The total value of the public offering of the automotive supplier was PLN 504 million.
The shares of Uniwheels have been newly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange today. The issuer is the 475th company listed on the GPW Main Market and the 8th new listing on the market in 2015. The total value of the public offering was PLN 504 million (including the new issue shares of PLN 252 million).
Uniwheels is the third company from Germany to be listed on the GPW Main Market and the 52nd foreign company as well as the first foreign new listing on the market in 2015. Warsaw Stock Exchange lists 63 foreign issuers on the Main Market and NewConnect.

The Uniwheels Group is a producer of alloy wheels for passenger cars and racing vehicles. The company is planning to use the cash raised in the public issue of shares to finance a part of the first phase of construction of a new production facility in Stalowa Wola, Poland.
