Universal Investment Company Partner Ltd. Became Market-Maker For Stocks Of IDGC Of Volga, JSC

Starting from September 26th, 2008 within the framework of the project "Exchange for Issuers" Universal Investment Company Partner Ltd. will operate on the RTS T+0 Market as the market-maker for ordinary registered stocks of IDGC of Volga, JSC (MRKVG).
