UK’s Financial Services Authority Appoints Senior Advisor To Markets Division

The Financial Services Authority has today appointed Bay Green, currently vice chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort, to its panel of senior industry experts. This panel consists of industry practitioners appointed by the FSA to share their experience and expertise with its supervisors.

Bay Green will be primarily involved in assisting the Markets Division in its role as UK Listing Authority with a particular focus on listing transactions, sponsor supervision and company monitoring.

Sally Dewar, FSA Director of Markets Division, said: "Bay Green's appointment to our panel of experts will provide the Markets Division with access to a wealth of wholesale market experience. The appointment continues the FSA's commitment to drawing upon relevant industry expertise to assist in its operations."
