Further to UBS MTF's update on 19 June 2015 (Notice N8 - Rulebook and Membership Criteria Changes), this notice is to remind all Members that from 1 September 2015, the Membership Criteria defined in the UBS MTF Rulebook will be amended through the removal of section 2.2 (b) (i) (B).
The amendments to the Rulebook will take effect from 1 September 2015 and the revised Rulebook will be available on the UBS MTF website (www.ubs.com/mtf) under the Member Information section from that date. We have, however, also included a mark-up of the prospective changes with this Trading Notice for Members' convenience.
