Tromsø kommune lists its first bond issues on Oslo Børs today.

The bond loan that is admitted to listing today –  Tromsø komm 15/17 FRN – is an issue of NOK 249 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month NIBOR + 0.55 %. DNB Bank and DNB Markets har tilrettelagt lånet.
