Today, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) approved the listings of the following trust beneficiary certificates(Japanese Depositary Receipts;hereinafter "JDRs")whose trust assets are exchange traded notes (indicator-tracking securities; hereinafter "ETNs") issued by Nomura Europe finance N.V.(※）.These will be listed on Monday, February 18,2013.
