<Spot Month Additional Clearing Margin>
* For the July 2008 contract of Rubber, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 37,500) shall be required on and after June 25, 2008.

* For the August 2008 contracts of Gold (except Gold Mini and Gold Options), Silver, Platinum,and Palladium, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gold standard: JPY 67,500, Silver: JPY 54,000, Platinum: JPY 150,000, Palladium: JPY 60,000) shall be required on and after June 26, 2008.

* For the August 2008 contracts of Gasoline and Kerosene, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gasoline: JPY 90,000, Kerosene: JPY 105,000) shall be required on and after June 26, 2008.

* For the August 2008 contract of Aluminium, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 37,500) shall be required on and after June 26, 2008.

<Price Limit>
* No price limit will be imposed on and after June 25, 2008 for the July 2008 contract of Rubber, as well as the August 2008 contracts of Gasoline, Kerosene, Gold, Silver, Platinum,and Palladium and Aluminium on and after June 26, 2008.
