The Board of Directors decided at the meeting held on May 14th, 2008, to implement the below modifications in the Rubber, Platinum and Palladium markets on and after June 2nd, 2008.
I. Rubber Market
a) Customers
The position limits applicable to each contract month are currently sub-divided into four groups (here referred to as A, B, C and D).
The groups marked “C” and “D” below will be eliminated. The position limit for the current contract month (group “A”) and 2nd contract month (group “B”), as well as the total position limit will not be affected by the modification.

b) Members
Working similarly to the above-mentioned modification, groups “C” (3rd contract month) and “D” (4th, 5th and 6th contract months) will be eliminated. The position limit for the current contract month (group “A”) and 2nd contract month (group “B”), as well as the total position limit will not be affected by the modification.
II. Platinum Market
a) Customers
The position limits applicable to each contract month are currently sub-divided into five groups (here referred to as A, B, C, D and E).
The groups marked “D” and “E” below will be eliminated. The total position limit will be expanded from 3,000 contracts to 3,500 contracts. The position limit for the first contract month (groups “A” and “B”) and 2nd contract month (group “C”) will not be affected by the modification.
