TMX Group Inc. will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2009. The meeting will take place in Montréal at 2:00PM (EDT) at the Delta Centre-Ville, 777 University Street, Régence A Ballroom.
Journalists who wish to attend the meeting are welcome; however, use of photographic, recording or video equipment will not be permitted during the meeting. There will be a brief media availability following the meeting.
Also on April 29, 2009, TMX will release its financial results for the first quarter 2009 and hold an analyst call to review the results.
