TMX Group Inc. Announces Introduction Of Non-Binding Shareholder Advisory Vote On Executive Compensation In 2010

TMX Group Inc. today announced that it will provide its shareholders with an advisory vote on executive compensation at annual meetings. This advisory vote, which will be non-binding, will be submitted to shareholders beginning at its annual meeting to be held in 2010.
