TMX Group honoured With Canadian Dealmaker Award “Deal Team Of The Year”

The corporate and professional services teams that worked on the TSX Group and Montreal Exchange combination were honoured with the Canadian Dealmakers "Deal Team of the Year" award. The award, which recognizes overall excellence in deal making, was presented this evening at the 2008 Canadian Dealmaker Awards Gala. Accepting on behalf of TMX Group Inc. and its advisors was Luc Bertrand, Deputy CEO, TMX Group and President and CEO, Montréal Exchange.

On May 1, 2008, the two organizations combined to create TMX Group, an integrated multi-asset class exchange company.
