TMX Group Limited today announced May 2018 trading statistics for its marketplaces – Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange (Alpha) and Montréal Exchange (MX).
In May 2018, MX set an overall monthly volume record with 10,721,058 contracts. Two key products also reached monthly volume records - the Ten-Year Government of Canada Bond Futures (CGB) reached 3,955,649 contracts and the Options on Ten-Year Government of Canada Bond Futures (OGB) reached 15,302 contracts.
