The Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Begin Trading Five New Quarterly Option Listings On Wednesday, February 21

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to list and trade option series that expire at the close of business on the last business day of a calendar quarter (“Quarterly Options Series”) on a pilot basis, beginning February 21, 2007. The following two options were allocated to Citadel Derivatives Trading Group LLC:

iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund (option/stock symbol: IQQ/IWM) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of March, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 500,000 contracts.

NASDAQ – 100 Index Tracking Stock (option/stock symbol: UQQ/QQQQ) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of March, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 900,000 contracts.

The next two options were allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group:

Energy Select Sector SPDR (option/stock symbol: GQQ/XLE) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of March, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

S&P 500 Depository Receipts (option/stock symbol: RQQ/SPY) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of March, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 300,000 contracts.

The final option was allocated to Citigroup Derivatives Markets, Inc.:

Diamonds Trust (option/stock symbol: BQQ/DIA) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of March, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 300,000 contracts.
