The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Names Mark Schepps To The Position Of Vice President And Chief Enforcement Counsel

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) recently announced the promotion of Mark Schepps to vice president and chief enforcement counsel. He previously served as director and deputy chief enforcement counsel. He joined the Exchange in 2001 as director of market surveillance.

Schepps is currently responsible for the enforcement and investigations departments within the regulatory group at the Exchange.

He is a 1984 graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a 1996 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Previous to joining the Exchange, he worked as a corporate and securities attorney at Dilworth Paxson LLP.

He resides in Marlton, N.J. with his wife and 7-year-old son.
