The Oslo Stock Exchange Signs Agreement With OM And NOREX

The Oslo Stock Exchange has signed a letter of intent with the OM Stockholm Exchange and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange to join the NOREX exchange alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, the Oslo Stock Exchange shall also implement OM Technology's exchange system SAXESS, currently in use at both the OM Stockholm Exchange and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The parties aim at reaching a final agreement during the first quarter of the year 2000.
