The OM Stockholm Exchange Appoints new Chairman

Per E Larsson, OM Gruppen's President and Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed the new Chairman of the OM Stockholm Exchange's Board. He replaces Bengt Rydén, who after nearly 15 years of managing the Stockholm Stock Exchange, is now resigning from his executive role in the Exchange. Dr. Rydén will remain as a Board member of OM Gruppen and a number of subsidiaries, including the OM Stockholm Exchange.
