Ceridian HCM Holding Lists on TSX
In April, TSX welcomed Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. (TSX: CDAY) with a US$462 million IPO.
Ceridian is the largest technology company (by initial market capitalization) to ever IPO in Canada and is among the top 25 largest corporate IPOs in TSX history. 
Ceridian is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is a global human capital management software company.

PE/VC Exits Drive Canadian Public Markets
PE and VC exits on TSX and TSXV are increasing in relevance, a trend that is continuing to play out in the 2018 IPO market. 
There were 22 PE/VC exits in 2017 and 580 companies on TSX and TSXV that had PE or VC investors before they came to the public markets.
