The AMF/Middlenext Joint Working Group Publishes Its Report On Small And Mid Caps

The AMF and MiddleNext set up a joint working group in April 2007 under the chairmanship of AMF Board member Yves Mansion. Today, that working group is publishing its report on adjustments to the financial regulations for small and medium capitalisation companies ("small and mid caps"). The report has been put out to public consultation until 5 December 2007. Feedback should be sent to contact@amf-france.org

The report's findings and recommendations were prepared using expert input from MiddleNext and AMF representatives, listed mid caps, issuer associations (Medef, Croissance Plus), Euronext, the French directors' institute (IFA), statutory auditors, lawyers and intermediaries that work regularly with small and mid caps.
