On May 23rd, the special corporate bond of Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. for serving the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was successfully launched on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), which marks the official landing of the first of its kind in serving the bay area. This is SZSE's significant exploration in earnestly implementing the Outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan. The newly issued bond amounts to CNY1 billion in scale and has a duration of 3+2 years, interest rate of 3.72% and subscription ratio of 3.77 times. Its raised funds will be all used in the project development and construction of Shenzhen Area of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Special Cooperation Zone for Technological Innovation. The projects in Shenzhen Area mainly centers on such strategic industries as biological medicine, artificial intelligence, financial technology and smart cities to facilitate the coordinated interconnection of Shenzhen and Hong Kong technological industries and build a new development engine of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
