The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the SET-TFEX Click2Win project will together sponsor “Online traders! Now’s the time for on-line trading, for real!” to encourage investors and the general public to invest through the Internet. There will be activities and booths from brokerage firms, giving opportunities for participants to directly meet with specialists. The event will be hold during August 21-22 at the Esplanade Mall, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok.
At the event, eight leading securities companies will bring in analysts and other specialists to advise on in-dept investment. There will also be seminars on eight topics: “Internet trading and investment strategies - stocks or gold - for the second half of 2010,” “Stocks for the second half of 2010,” “Alternative investments for the new generation ‘Bualuang iExcel,” “Keep pace with investments ---Index to reach 900,” “Online trading for prosperity,” “Trading mini-gold futures,” “Easy investment via the Internet,” and an “Outstanding stocks with two gurus.”
Moreover, there will be booth introducing “Streaming Pro,” a new trading application that facilitates online trading, with a Thai menu. Participants can also apply for the SET-TFEX Click2Win 2010 contest, an online trading competition to win many prizes. Applicants who open trading accounts in the event will receive gifts as well. The event “Online traders! Now’s the time for on-line trading, for real!” will be held on August 21-22, at the Grand Hall, G floor, the Esplanade Mall. All seminars are free of charge.
