Mr. Dror Shalit, Senior Vice President, Trading & Clearing Department, passed away yesterday June 9, 2008. Mr. Shalit was a significant member of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in the past three decades. He joined TASE as the head of the publications unit, and since then held various positions, among them manager in the Economics Department and Vice President.
He was appointed as a Senior Vice President in 1994 as well as lecturing at the Tel Aviv University School of Business and at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
