Tehran Stock Exchange invites its shareholders to its extraordinary general meeting and special ordinary general meeting, which will be held in Ghadir Hall, Tehran, respectively at 14:00 and 15:00 on Wednesday 6th October 2010.
The agenda of these meetings are as following:
Extraordinary General Meeting:
- Deciding about capital increase
Special Ordinary General Meeting:
- Electing new members of the board
The registered shareholders or their proxies are requested to receive their entrance permit from 13:00 on the events' date in the meeting place.
