Based on Iran’s Securities and Exchange Organization new announcement, all listed companies have been mandated to disclose their monthly sales and production data to the public, mostly in 3 business days after the end of each month.
The monthly disclosure, which was previously implemented voluntarily will be done through codal.ir. The information to be released include sales, production as well as the investment portfolio.
Listed companies at Tehran Stock Exchange were previously disclosing quarterly (unaudited) and semi-annual, as well as annual (audited) reports to the public.
