Tehran Securities Exchange Holds General Assembly

On July 22, 2026, Tehran Securities Exchange (TSE) successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a 79% shareholder turnout. During the session, Mr. Mahmoud Goudarzi, CEO of Tehran Securities Exchange, presented the Board of Directors’ report to the shareholders. Following a thorough review, the shareholders officially approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 20, 2026. Additionally, a cash dividend of 55 Rials per share was ratified by the assembly.

Furthermore, Etela’at newspaper was designated as the official mass-circulation newspaper for the exchange.

For auditing services, “Iran Mashhoud” was appointed as the primary independent auditor and legal auditor, with “Houshyar Momayez” appointed as the alternate legal auditor.

With a quorum of over 79%, the assembly proceeded to elect the new members of Tehran Securities Exchange’s Board of Directors. Following a formal voting process, the following entities were elected as Institutional members of the Board: Mehr Ayandegan Financial Development Group, Pasargad Investment Group, Saba Tamin Financial Group, Tadbir Investment Group, Ghadir Financial Group, Tose’e Melli Group Investment Company, Pishgaman Sarir Razavi Company.

Additionally, the Association of Brokers, CSDI, and Behineh Pouya Brokerage were elected as alternate members of the Board.

In a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, shareholders approved a significant 33% capital increase. The capital will rise from IRR 24,000 billion to IRR 32,000 billion.  The increase will be funded through retained Earnings (IRR 6,000 billion) & Precautionary Reserves (IRR 2,000 billion).
