Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority: Qatar Holding Has Today Applied For Ownership Assessment For OMX

Qatar Holding has today filed an application with FI for ownership assessment regarding OMX.

The examination is an assessment of whether the new owner is suitable to have a significant influence in the company. The examination will take up to 60 days. The Swedish law admit that time to 90 days.
