HQ Bank is still in liquidation but as a result of Carnegie's acquisition it may continue to conduct banking business until its operations have been merged with Carnegie and the transaction is finalised.
The acquisition entails that Carnegie will take over all of HQ Bank's assets, liabilities and commitments and thereby will safeguard the assets of HQ Bank's customers.
