Reported by TSE’s PR and Int’l Dept., the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 630 million shares, equivalent to 7% of the stocks of Kardan Investment Bank, with a notable participation of 1,630,465 trading codes was conducted at Tehran Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 30 August 2023.
Kardan Investment Bank was established by Tejarat Bank and Saman Bank as a private joint stock company in 2014 and today, it was listed as the 609th company, under the sector of “investments and other financial intermediaries” on TSE’s second market. It was announced that 415 shares, at the price of IR Rials 7,080 per share, were assigned to each participant in the IPO.
