CFTC Commissioner Brian Quintenz issued the following statement regarding the Confirmation of Dan Berkovitz and Dawn Stump:

“I congratulate Dan Berkovitz and Dawn Stump on their U.S. Senate confirmations to be Commissioners at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
