Hi, my name is Pascale Krug and I joined the FSB Secretariat’s Operations Team in September 2009, after spending 18 years at the Bank for International Settlements.
The years at the FSB have been a particularly fulfilling chapter of my career. Together with the amazing colleagues from the admin team, we have successfully managed all kinds of virtual and in-person meetings across the globe. From preparing meeting documentation to managing the logistical aspects, from liaising with internal and external stakeholders to overseeing onsite operations, there has never been a dull moment.
We have always been there to support FSB members and the Secretariat in their challenging work—whether it meant early mornings, late evenings, or anything in between.
While the work itself has at times been significant, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the lessons I’ve learned, and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work with and meet along the way - they have truly made a difference!
As I prepare to retire and step into a new chapter of my life - one that hopefully will include more time with family and fewer acronyms - I do so with a heart full of gratitude.
