Source – New ETF And ETC Provider Launched On Xetra Source Expands The Deutsche Börse Offering By 13 ETFs And 22 ETCs

As of Monday, 35 index products from new provider Source have been tradable on the pan-European exchange platform Xetra®. The market launch of 13 equity index ETFs and 22 exchange-traded commodities (ETCs) is the first product offering from Source, backed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs und Morgan Stanley.

With 442 exchange-traded funds and 136 exchange-traded commodities now offered, Deutsche Börse is expanding Xetra’s position as Europe’s largest trading venue for ETFs and ETCs.

Investors across Europe are now able to benefit from the concept of Source’s products and a much larger range of products on Xetra,” said Rainer Riess, Managing Director of Xetra Market Development at Deutsche Börse.

The ETFs issued by Source relate to the Dow Jones equity indices STOXX 600, STOXX 50, STOXX Mid 200 and STOXX Small 200, the DJ EURO STOXX 50 and DJ EURO STOXX Select Dividend 30. The two ETFs connected to the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 are also available. In addition, Source has launched ETFs on the Russel 2000, MSCI Europe, Japan, USA and World equity indices.

The 22 Source ETCs are based on S&P GSCI indices, with the offering covering the entire range of energy, agricultural, oil, metal and precious metal products.
