SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Accu Holding Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the rules governing the disclosure of management transactions.

Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation has initiated an investigation against Accu Holding Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation will examine whether Accu Holding Ltd instructed the persons subject to reporting obligations about the duty to disclose management transactions in sufficient detail.

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
