On November 15, the SZSE signed the Agreement on Strategic Cooperation with China Unicom, building the all-round strategic cooperation partnership. According to the Agreement, the two parties will launch the cooperation in fields including 3G technology application, 3G terminal products and value-added business of securities information in hope of jointly studying and pushing forward the construction of China’s securities informatization. Song Liping, the SZSE general manager, Lu Yimin, the general manager of the China Unicom, attended the signing ceremony.
It is said that the two parties will jointly put up the wireless value-added service platform for securities information by complementing their resources and advantages, and promote innovation services oriented to China’s capital markets, including wireless securities information.
The leaders of both parties expressed that they will, taking the strategic cooperation as an opportunity, give the full play to their own comparative advantages, continue to widen cooperative fields, richen the contents of cooperation and enhance the cooperative levels for the purpose of laying down the wide development prospect for the informatization construction of China’s securities industry.
