In the letter of enquiry issued to the Company regarding its annual report, SZSE required it to make additional disclosure. However, we have not received its reply. After the press release, with reference to the information therein, SZSE carefully rechecked the Company’s previous information disclosure, suspecting the Company of not timely disclosing information on major environmental pollution and other violations. In regard to the Company’s alleged violation of relevant provisions of the Rules Governing Share Listing and Guidelines for the Standard Operation of Listed Companies on SME Board, SZSE has instituted the denouncement disciplinary procedure against the Company and parties concerned to sternly deal with its violation.

SZSE attaches great importance to the disclosure of environmental protection information of listed companies, having seriously dealt with recent disclosure violations of ST*SWGC and Huifeng Agrochemical. Next, under CSRC’s leadership, SZSE will fully and strictly regulate the disclosure of environmental protection information of listed companies according to the laws and continuously urge listed companies to duly disclose relevant information. SZSE will severely crack down and resolutely deal with similar violations. Moreover, SZSE will take various measures to urge listed companies to fight and win the pollution control battle, so as to actively help build the ecological civilization.
