Shenzhen Stock Exchange Holds 33rd Meeting Of The 3rd Session Of The Council

Chen Dongzheng, secretary of the Party committee and general-director, hosted the 33rd meeting of the 3rd session of the Council to discuss issues relevant to general market status and business rules.

The meeting reported the general status of the market and indicated that the impact of the global financial crisis on the real economy sharpened further and small and medium enterprises exposed both challenges and opportunities. The meeting stressed that Shenzhen Stock Exchange shall focus on launching new market and accelerating the building up of multi-level capital market system at present.

The meeting approved the New Market Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Corporate Bonds Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange after discussion.
