Recently, the Pakistan Featured Enterprise Projects Roadshow was held at Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub. A cross-border projects roadshow under the Belt and Road Initiative, the event was co-sponsored by the Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), and Qianhai Financial Holding Co., Ltd., and co-organized by China Hi-tech Zone Technology Financial Information Service Platform (the Platform) and Qianhai International Capital Service Center. Relevant corporate executives of Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. and Qianhai Financial Holding Co., Ltd. attended the event and made speeches.
The roadshow was also live broadcasted on the Platform, enabling synchronous communication across regions. Elixir Securities, one of the major securities brokerage firms and investment banks in Pakistan, introduced local investment environment, and featured projects in the fields of health care, consumer goods industry, infrastructure, energy and electricity power, etc. 18 representatives from enterprises and investment institutions attended the face-to-face meeting session.
In 2014, Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and SZSE co-launched the ‘Technology Small-and-medium Enterprises Growth Route Plan 2.0’ (Tech 2.0). The Platform is the service window and network platform for Tech 2.0., assuming the investment and financing function. The platform is developed and operated by Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd., providing face-to-face and online roadshow resolution via internet, mobile devices and video broadcasting system. The platform matches financing needs of technological innovation enterprises and preferences of investment institutions by facilitating the characteristic and tailor-made intelligent matching and precise information push. With its economical, efficient and transparent investment and financing information sharing features, the Platform helps to serve public interest and offers open platform service centering on innovation start-ups.
Currently, SZSE is working with financial institutions home and abroad to continually improve the function of the cross-border capital service platform, to connect cross-border investment and financing projects via online roadshows and face-to-face meeting sessions. The cross-border capital service cooperation helps to promote the Belt and Road Initiative at a deeper level and on a broader aspect.
