Share Changes For Accor SA In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 25 July 2007:

• Accor SA (France, SEDOL: 5852842, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25301020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 236,541,000 and the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) will remain 1, following a conversion of bonds.
