Share Change In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 29 January 2007:

  • TNT NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5481558, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20301010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will change to 422,767,601, following the repurchase of shares.
