Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading on Friday, April 27, 2007:

Transurban Group (Australia, SEDOL: 6200882, GICS Code: 20305020), a member of the S&P/ASX 50 Index, will increase its shares to 1,030,625,088. This change is the result of Transurban Group’s takeover of Sydney Roads Group.
