Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 20 October 2008:
- Misys Plc (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0385785, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45103010), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will increase to 546,822,000 following a placing with ValueAct Capital Master Fund at price GBP 1.75 per share (there will be no IWF adjustment)
