Share Change And IWF Change For A2A SpA (Formerly AEM SpA) In The S&P/MIB Index

Following the merger by incorporation of ASM Brescia SpA into AEM SpA (S&P/MIB index constituent), Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/MIB Index effective, using closing prices after the close of trading Friday, January 4, 2008:

• A2A SpA (formerly AEM SpA) (Italy, ISIN: IT0001233417, GICS: Utilities) a member of the S&P/MIB Index, shares will increase to 3,132,905,277.
• A2A SpA capped IWF will change to 0.472709 following the operation.
  Please note that A2A SpA IWF before capping is 0.4510.
