To perfect China's listed companies' governance mechanism and long-term healthy development of the capital market, China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI), supported by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), formulated the "Appraisal Measures of SSE Corporate Governance Sector" according to the basic principles of the "Corporation Law", the "Securities Law" and the "Rules for Listed Companies Governance" as well as the best reform practices of domestic and overseas corporate governance. The CSI publicized the "Appraisal Measures" on October 9, 2007 after seeking opinions of all parties. By November 2, the CSI had received effective application materials from 255 companies. It hereby publicizes these companies. All parties are welcome to review their governance and put forward constructive suggestions or opinions.
